You cannot downgrade service without opening a support ticket 10 business days before your next billing cycle. The system will not allow a customer to upgrade or downgrade their services. If you attempt, it can result in double billing of your account. 

 

We have fixed this issue on several accounts more than once and have explained in detail to these individuals that trying downgrading or upgrading service can not be performed by the customer. So, if your upgrade or downgrade results in your account being double-billed due to your negligence, a refund will no longer be issued.
